BabyBloom Essentials — Shipping & Local Meetup Policy
BabyBloom Essentials currently serves local orders only. We do not offer nationwide shipping at this time.
1. Local Meetup / Pickup Only
Orders are fulfilled through an agreed meetup or pickup arrangement within Koronadal City and nearby areas, subject to availability and confirmation by BabyBloom Essentials.
2. Preferred Meetup Details
During checkout, customers may enter their:
- Preferred Meetup / Pickup Location
- Preferred Date & Time
These are customer preferences only. The final meetup location and schedule must still be confirmed by BabyBloom Essentials.
3. Order Confirmation
After an order is placed, BabyBloom Essentials may contact the customer to confirm product availability, design or variant, meetup location, date, and time.
4. No Nationwide Shipping
BabyBloom Essentials currently does not ship orders through nationwide courier services. Orders placed from locations that cannot reasonably be served through local meetup or pickup may be cancelled.
5. Meetup or Pickup Fees
If any meetup, pickup, delivery, or transportation fee applies, the customer will be informed before the final arrangement is confirmed.
6. Customer Availability
Customers are expected to arrive at the confirmed meetup location within the agreed schedule. If you need to reschedule, please contact BabyBloom Essentials as early as possible.
Repeated missed meetups or failure to communicate may result in the order being cancelled.
7. Order Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order during the meetup or pickup before accepting the product. Please check the item, design, size, quantity, and condition.
8. Delays and Changes
Meetup schedules may occasionally need to be adjusted due to weather, traffic, product availability, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. BabyBloom Essentials will communicate any necessary changes as soon as possible.
9. Incorrect Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and meetup preferences. BabyBloom Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
